I am running online ky oval ,FZR and making fair progress(I think)with the help of several helpful good drivers,who have given me good sets,but,my weakness (one anyway) is I'm slow getting of the grid and into 5th gear,6th for drafting,I always have to play catchup,and my 1st and 2nd finishes have been mainly a matter of survival of crashes.

I have installed set up webs from here, but when I try to run them the following window comes up,in each instance involving "setups"

<Adobe Reader could not open FRX.Race-S.set.(or whatever)because it is either not a supported file or because the file has been damaged.for example it was sent as an email attachtment and wasn't correctly decoded>

I got back into KY oval,was sent a set(Thanks jeffyJ) and improved by 10 mph ,now I have to work on my driving.Thanks to all for the freindly help.

Now The KY Oval is gone,lost host or something

I have saved it but how do I accessto the garage?

I am beginning to feel like a real slow poke,I've been trying and trying to get more than165-170mph in KY Oval but no matter what tweaks I try in garage and momo profile I get worse or no better.Any S that have been sent are either no better or all sliders hard left?i seldom crash,and my lines seem ok,but I can't even keep up to draft.any help?

I have much the same problem ,to check it out I have been running in Kentucky Oval both in single and multi player and last night when I was alone on the track,I also was sent S from one of the fastest drivers(thanks FailurE)but I nevery case my top speed between is 160-170tops which isn't enough to challenge,the only saving grace was the fact that I finished almost every race,and I was only kicked once or twice .I have tried, once in top gear,6, I staying there with the pedal to the floor,and also tried changing to5 going into the bends,and I think i am taking good lines,watching the faster guys.any suggestions.Be kind

I am getting into multiplayer racing ,and enjoying it,but I find that any car I get is slower than the competition,even flat out on a staightaway or oval,I have tried fiddling around in the garage,final drive,gears etc.but I seem to either get no improvement or make things worse,I tried looking at set up programs but can,t figure them out either,maybe I'm too old or too simple minded ,or both!anyway the point of this missive is to try to find some kind soul,or souls,who would try to guide me through the seeming mysteries of the settings available in the "Garage" or somewhere else ,I did try clicking N in oval racing,got one green S but no other response except a danger warning that I was a learner or something like that,and onc I was kicked,I did manage 3rd and 4th's at the cost of other drivers misfortune(not my fault)

on the opening page"car and list of modes" I have somehow got the lettering white so that the top ones don't show aginst the white back ground ,I fiddled with the settings in "interface" but can't change it.Help please

When I join a online game,it says all cars available ,but when I go to garage cars it say that I have to have #2 licence,For more than 2 which I have what am I missing?
